The first focus is fast momentum: morning light, better sleep timing, simple movement, fewer energy crashes. Most clients notice a clear shift within the first fortnight.
Once your energy is moving, we build the systems that drive sustainable results: protein-focused nutrition, efficient training, daily movement, sleep consistency, and workday structure. Weekly 1:1 calls to review progress and adjust around real life. Travel, work stress, social events, bad weeks, we plan for all of it.
The final phase is about making the results stick. We review what worked, what still needs attention, and how to maintain momentum after the programme ends. The goal shifts from following a plan to this just being how you live.
