I spent a decade watching people manage decline. Now I help founders reverse it.

I went into pharmacy to help people get healthy. Ten years later, I was filling a blister pack with 47 pills for one patient, counting them out one by one, fitting them into the little plastic pockets.

Somewhere around pill 30 I stopped and thought: this can't be right. She wasn't dying. But she wasn't living either.

"I'd spent years studying but standing there with that blister pack, I realised I was helping people manage decline rather than reverse it."

I'm a Primal Health Coach and Pharmacist who specialised in Type 2 Diabetes and metabolic health. I've worked in NHS hospitals, ICU wards, and as a GP Federation practice pharmacist in Northern Ireland for five years — where I held a UK independent prescribing qualification in my specialty. During that time I ran a type 2 diabetes clinic for three years, and 14 patients reversed their pre and type 2 diabetes without adding a single medication.

Most of them had been told it was a life sentence. It wasn't. It took straightforward changes to food, movement, and environment, applied consistently by someone who understood the underlying biology.

We start with a 90-minute deep dive: your lifestyle, routine, nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and goals. Then we build your personalised reset plan. The first focus is fast momentum: morning light, better sleep timing, simple movement, fewer energy crashes. Most clients notice a clear shift within the first fortnight.

Weeks 3–10

Fat Loss & Health Reset

Once your energy is moving, we build the systems that drive sustainable results: protein-focused nutrition, efficient training, daily movement, sleep consistency, and workday structure. Weekly 1:1 calls to review progress and adjust around real life. Travel, work stress, social events, bad weeks, we plan for all of it.

Weeks 11–12

Lock It In

The final phase is about making the results stick. We review what worked, what still needs attention, and how to maintain momentum after the programme ends. The goal shifts from following a plan to this just being how you live.
