With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to helping people reverse Pre/Type 2 Diabetes, lose weight and improve their metabolic health

In 2023, I became a certified Primal Health Coach and founded a one-person health coaching company.

My goal is to help over 10,000 individuals achieve Diabetes remission by 2027, through personalised coaching and support that focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes.
